Last week, on Spring Break in Florida, we looked for a freeway exit to swap drivers. There was a beat up sign for an oyster restaurant "up the way". There, on the edge of an alligator pond I was "transported" back by a large steaming bowl of buttery delicious oyster stew. The kid spent the time watching the gators.
